I am a PAVA-Recognized Vocologist and Designated Linklater Teacher specializing in contemporary voice technique and voice habilitation. I teach voice for singers at Wilfrid Laurier University and periodically coach actors at Sheridan College/University of Toronto. I also maintain a successful private studio in Waterloo, Ontario. My voice students have gone on to perform throughout Canada, on North American tours and in Broadway shows.
Faculty Advisor: WLU Snats (Student Chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing).
Teaching voice at Laurier is a joy. As the studio instructor for CCM (Contemporary Commercial Music), I get the opportunity to explore the many different ways one can be expressive using the human instrument, through all kinds of musical styles. With a healthy, free instrument, anything can be possible!
