I studied piano in Manitoba and England and have wide experience as a vocal and choral accompanist and vocal coach.
Academically, I received a BMus degree from the University of Manitoba after which I began teaching piano, piano literature and pedagogy, music history, and theory at Canadian Mennonite Bible College in Winnipeg. After pursuing graduate studies in musicology at the University of Toronto, I came to Laurier to work as a vocal coach. I teach vocal literature and conduct the Laurier Chapel Choir.
Additionally, I have developed music courses in teleaudio and teleconference communication modes for Laurier’s Continuing Education program.
