Chris Wong is an assistant professor in accounting at Wilfrid Laurier University. He holds a PhD in accounting, MAcc, and BSc from the University of Waterloo.
His primary research interests relate to managing employee motivation and performance through control system design. Within the realm of performance management, he has working papers examining feedback control systems, perspective taking, and subjective communications between employees and managers.
