Dorian Lane is an assistant professor in accounting at Wilfrid Laurier. She holds a PhD in Accounting from the University of Waterloo. As well, she earned a Master of Business Administration degree and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She also holds a CPA, CMA designation.
Her research interests relate to managing employee motivation and performance through control system design in multitask and team settings.
