Kim Morouney is an Associate Professor in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, teaching communication skills, team dynamics, and organizational design.
Kim's research focuses on the language used in surveys, interviews, blogs, call centres, and political speeches. She is the founder and CEO of Listen Corporation, which has developed language analysis software used in market research. Kim has served on the executive for the Gender and Diversity Division of the U.S. Academy of Management and is a past Chair of the Women in Management Division of the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada. Recent roles include Associate Dean for Academic Programs, and co-Chair of Laurier’s multi-year, cross-campus, Integrated Planning and Resource Management initiative.
