Update: Access Control issues at Waterloo Campus - November 17, 2021

Print | PDFWe have been working through the evening and overnight to correct the access control issues across the campus, and believe that we have now identified/rectified issues affecting users utlilizing the wireless access systems. Access has been stable since this morning, and are continuing to monitor the situation.
Should users continue to experience issues with their access on the wireless locksets, please contact either the Campus Access Control (campusaccesscontrol@wlu.ca), or the iServiceDesk (iservicedesk@wlu.ca) to have issues investigated further. Any urgent issues can be reported via phone to the Facilities Operations office at x6280 internally, or (519)884-0710 x6280 from outside lines.
