Access Control Upgrades October 12 to October 15

Print | PDFPlease note that during the reading week period (October 12 through October 15), security upgrades are scheduled to be performed on all access control systems installed in buildings across the Brantford and Waterloo campuses. As a result of these upgrades, users may experience intermittent issues with access devices (card readers/doors) during this work.
Our expectation is that the upgrades will be seamless for most users, however new card activations and access level updates for individuals may take longer than expected as systems are updated. Any users experiencing issues spanning more than 10 minutes are encouraged to report issues through the Campus Access Control inbox campusaccesscontrol@wlu.ca, or to the iServiceDesk at x6280.
