Minimum Requirements

• The Maturitätszeugnis/Certificat de Maturité/Attestato di Maturita (Federal Maturity Certificate) is required.
• 6 senior academic courses are required for admission.
• Proof of English-Language Proficiency is required from applicants completing the Swiss curriculum.
• Ensure transcripts, including enroled grade 12 courses, are included when you apply.
• If you are currently in grade 12, include grade 12 midterm or first term grades.

Switzerland Grade Equivalency

In acknowledgement of the various grading scales used throughout Switzerland, the grading scale on the transcript will be used. Grades are converted to reflect a 50% pass.

When assessing an application, we will use the grades from 6 courses from the compulsory group. The grading scale for most schools in Switzerland is done on a 6-point grading scale, with 1 being the lowest and 6 being the highest. The passing grade is typically 4.

The following grading scale can be used for applicants whose school follows the 1-6 grading scale with a 60% converted passing grade.

• To clear conditions, the Maturitätszeugnis/Certificat de Maturité/Attestato di Maturita (Federal Maturity Certificate) sent directly from your school will be required.
