WATERLOO — Wilfrid Laurier University will celebrate the accomplishments of approximately 3,539 graduating students at convocation ceremonies on its Brantford and Waterloo campuses.
Two Brantford campus ceremonies will take place at the Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts on June 4. The Waterloo campus will hold 13 ceremonies at the Lazaridis Hall Auditorium from June 10-14.
As of May 27, 2,904 students qualified to graduate in Waterloo, while 635 qualified to graduate in Brantford. Laurier expects to confer 2,913 undergraduate degrees, 532 graduate degrees and 94 diplomas this month.
Five accomplished people will receive honorary degrees at the spring convocation ceremonies, and three recently honoured professors will be acknowledged. They are listed by ceremony below:
All convocation ceremonies are ticketed events. For those unable to attend, live streams of the ceremonies will be available.
