Refunds and Deferrals

Schedule of Modules

Our sessions typically start in Spring and Fall.

Registration will remain open until the Friday following the start of Module 1 of each Session, if there are seats still available.

Refunds

Refunds and withdrawals will be subject to fees based on the following schedule. The administrative fees cover registration, credit card and administration fees.

Module 1 (Positive Psychology):

• Up to 15 days before start of the first module: Refund less 10% administrative fee.
• One to 14 days before start of the first module: Refund minus 20% administrative fee.
• First day of the first module: Once the course has been accessed, no refund. If a full certificate was purchased, please see 2-5 below.

Modules 2-5 (Positive Psychology):

Access to these modules will be provided up to one week prior to the course start date. Refunds are based on the access date of Module 2. If required, a deferral of up to one year from the start date of module one may be arranged.

• Up to 15 days before access to the second module: Refund of modules 2-5 less 10% administrative fee.
• One to 14 days before access to the second module: Refund of modules 2-5 less 20% administrative fee.
• First day of the second module: no refund. Deferrals can be arranged up to one year from the start date of module one.

Positive Education

• Up to 15 days before start of the course: Refund less 10% administrative fee.
• One to 14 days before start of the course: Refund minus 20% administrative fee.
• First day of the course: Once the course has been accessed, no refund.

Deferrals

Positive Psychology:
If for some reason you are unable to start or complete a course, we would be happy to defer your registration within one year from the start of your Module 1 registration. Once a deferral date is chosen, if you cannot complete the course, no further deferral or refund will be issued. Request to defer must be received within one week of the course start date. Subscriptions to the Positive Psychology Toolkit cannot be renewed and is the responsibility of the learner to obtain a second subscription if a deferral is granted.
