Our Talent Acquisition team in partnership with hiring managers review applicants for each position and reach out to those who appear to match the requirements of the position. Only applicants who are invited for an interview or assessment will be contacted.
Your information will go into our applicant database, which means you can be contacted for other opportunities at Laurier.
If you change your mind about a specific opportunitiy, you can withdraw your application at any time.
If you are selected for an assessment, you will be contacted by our Talent Acquisition team to schedule an interview and/or testing.

Your Talent Acquisition representative will help you understand the timeline for the position you’ve applied. Typically, individuals hear back with a status update within a week of the interview.

If you receive an offer letter, review the written offer letter in detail and ask questions before accepting and signing.
Once your offer letter has been signed and returned and the conditions of your offer have been met, you will be enrolled in our onboarding system to prepare for your new position.
