This institutional program enables fellows to pursue individual projects designed to enhance teaching quality. Fellows share these insights and collaborate with faculty and staff to promote teaching excellence and student success across the university community.
The Laurier Teaching Fellows are currently pursuing and have completed projects focused on:
A common thread through all active fellowship projects is the leadership they provide within their faculty, campus communities, and beyond for innovation in and improvement of the student learning experience.
Teaching and Learning is not prescriptive in defining the field of research a fellow should follow. Each fellow must have a clearly defined teaching development or research project focused on increasing instructional excellence at Laurier.
The types of projects a future fellow may wish to pursue, could include:
