    International Admissions

You’re ready to submit your application to Laurier and we’re ready to help you. It may seem like a lot to submit a complete application, but we have the resources you need to easily work through the process.

And if you have questions about your application or the next steps to apply, email us at international@wlu.ca.

    Before You Apply

As you get ready to apply, make sure you check the admission requirements for your chosen programs by reviewing:

    • The program-specific admission requirements on the program pages.
    • The admission requirements for your curriculum.
    • If you will need to provide proof of English-language proficiency.

If you are studying in an OSS curriculum, you will need to meet the requirements for Ontario high school students, which are listed on the program pages.

And remember, you can apply to up to three programs at Laurier.

    Submit Your Application

    When you’re ready to apply:

    • Read through our application checklist to know what to do next.
    • See what required documents we’ll need to review your application.
    • Submit your application through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC).
    • If you are applying for the winter (January) term, apply with our winter term application.

After you apply, you’ll also need to complete the supplementary application, which you can find in your applicant portal.

    Complete Your Application

You can find the list of additional documents we need to assess your application in your applicant portal.

If you have applied to more than one program at Laurier, you will have to upload the additional documents for each program. Once we have all the documents we need, we can begin assessing your application.

    Admissions Decisions

You will receive an admission decision for each program you’ve applied to at Laurier. We’ll email you when we have made a decision, and you can see the decision in your applicant portal.

    Submitting Final Documents

A key part of accepting your offer is also clearing the conditions of your offer by submitting final, official documents. We will email you if you have final documents to submit.

It’s important to remember that final documents are not submitted through the applicant portal. Instead, these documents must be sent to us by the issuing institution (like your high school).

If you require a provincial attestation letter (PAL), we will issue this to you after you have paid your tuition deposit. Your PAL will be available in your applicant portal.
