Our curriculum is comprehensive, featuring outstanding musical skills training and practical support that equip you with the tools to excel in graduate study or professional training.
At Laurier, we focus on developing you as a whole person, not just your voice. Our instructors are highly skilled educators with extensive international experience in opera, concerts, recitals, and recordings. They are dedicated to providing you with a wide-ranging vocal and musical education, ensuring a holistic learning experience.
We are currently updating our audition requirements. The revised details will be available here by September 10, 2024.
The private instruction in the common year BMus voice program is largely classically based, although students may cover a broad range of repertoires and genres throughout their degree as they develop their voice. What we look for in the audition is:
Be yourself! We want to get to know you and your artistic and creative self.
